Torsdag 13. august 2020 tok jeg først dobbel kaffeenema. Deretter et Gubarev enema med 1 liter økologisk helmelk og salt. Det skal være 2 spiseskjeer med salt. Jeg tok dessverre i altfor mye – for å få et bra bilde av salt som går ned i melk – ikke lurt. Da jeg tok enemaet merket jeg det i nervesystemet med en gang. Det var ikke vondt og ikke så ubehagelig heller men jeg merket at noe skjedde helt ut i fingre og tær. Egentlig skal man holde enemaet 2 timer. Det gikk ikke denne gangen, jeg måtte på do etter bare noen minutter. Jeg tror saltet gjorde at kroppen ville tømme så fort. Allikevel kom det ut noe som likner på parasitter. Jeg tok 2 parasittprøver. Jeg har gjentatte ganger prøvd å få dette analysert på laboratorier som Fürst og Unilab men de klarer ikke å finne noe. Så har kjøpt mitt eget mikroskop som kommer i posten om noen dager.
Jeg tok en rekke antiparasitturter og kaffeenema i sommer i juni. Da kom det store parasitter/biofilm ut. Så sluttet de å komme. Jeg var fortsatt ikke kvitt parasitt symptomene (type IBS). Så jeg begynte å ta Gubarev enema. For meg ser det ut som at det nå kommer parasitter, men ikke de samme som før. For meg ser det ut som en annen type parasitt.
Eetter å ha gjort noen få Gubarev enema har parasitt symptomene stort sett forsvunnet.
Jeg foretrekker å ta enema om morgenen. Så jeg begynner å forberede det hele rett etter at jeg har stått opp. Det viktigste er å få gått ordentlig på toalettet naturlig før jeg tar enema. Slik at tarmen får tømt seg først. Da er det lettere og mer behagelig å ta enemaet.
